We may say mental health is the healthy exercise of our mental abilities and capabilities. Normal people may find it hard to describe or define what it is. Mentally healthy person is the one that can interact with people well. People who are able to handle changes and diversity are said to be mentally healthy. Normally, we don’t know how to really see what mental health can be. We start to notice when people act strangely and not conforming to norms. The fact is we don’t really care about other people’s mental health.

During pregnancy, due to changes in the hormone they also can have some mental challenges. The fact is hormonal changes can cause problems that may reflect in the physical realm of the body. Without proper sleep people can become anxious. Work pressures can lead to too much stress which can impact both the physical and the mental state.
It is important to be worried when mental health goes down. Mental health can have an impact in diet and rest. It can be a reason to become sick. Overthinking can also exhaust the people causing too much fatigue and stress.
The key is to know what mental health is all about. Some of the problems go unreported and their cases could have been treated only if they went to the right people to get help. Unable to treat the problem only makes the problems worst and will lead to things more difficult to cure.
